By placing an order with Custom Boxes Only, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps outlined below to ensure a smooth process.
If for any reason you wish to return a product received from Custom Boxes Only, you can do so by following these steps:
Ensure you have met the conditions at the bottom of this page, to confirm your eligibility.
Contact us via support@customboxesonly.com to obtain your RMA number.
Return your product (including packing slip or order confirmation) to Custom Boxes Only.
Once verified, we will issue a full refund (less shipping) to your original payment method.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any returned item(s) lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number, to secure your shipment and help track the return until it reaches our facility.
Items can be returned for full credit (less shipping) within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:
Custom & Made-To-Order Items
Due to the nature of the items, Custom/Made-To-Order items, machines, and other equipment are considered final sale and non-returnable, unless the item is defective. If you happen to receive a defective item, please notify us at support@customboxesonly.com, so we can help serve you better.
Resalable Condition
Returns must be in resalable condition, and preferably kept in the original packaging it was sold in, with your packaging slip or order confirmation.
